TRICOVERMI

TricoVermi is a Trichoderma-enriched vermicompost developed under the 100-Day Community Project of IAAS Nepal LC ERC. It is produced by composting organic waste with Eisenia fetida earthworms for approximately 30–45 days, followed by Trichoderma inoculation and 10–15 days of curing. This bio-enriched organic fertilizer helps improve soil health, nutrient availability, beneficial microbial activity, and natural disease resistance. TricoVermi promotes sustainable agriculture by converting organic waste into a valuable agricultural input while supporting local farmers and women through practical training.
